Location: Sainsbury's Distribution Centre, Haydock Industrial Estate, Hall Wood Ave, Haydock, Saint Helens WA11 9WB
Salary: £12.73 per hour (first 12 weeks) | £13.73 per hour (after 12 weeks) + £1.95 shift premium (between 6pm-6am)

Flexible Working Hours:

Shift Pattern: Required to be flexible on assigned shifts
Full-time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends

Competitive Pay:

Starting at £12.73 per hour, increasing to £13.73 after 12 weeks
£1.95 shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
Productivity bonus of up to £20 extra per shift

What You'll Do:

Safely operate Reach Trucks as required
Pick and pack orders onto cages or pallets
Replenish stock and ensure aisles are well-organised
Conduct regular stock checks
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow health and safety procedures
Work as part of a team to meet operational targets

What We're Looking For:

Valid RTITB FLT (Reach Truck) Licence - required
Previous warehouse or logistics experience - desirable
Ability to lift and move heavy stock safely
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
