Chase Taylor Recruitment has partnered with a very high-end successful fenestration business who are looking for an experienced Fenestration Specification Manager to join their team.

Our client manufactures and supplies skylights, roof lights and large glass roofs for the commercial, retail and domestic market. This company takes pride in their products alongside making sure their customers get the best experience. They are experts in developing innovative ways of bringing daylight and ventilation into buildings with a range of roof lights.

The right candidate for this role will have a solid background in specification sales within the fenestration industry selling into architects, specifiers and contractors. This role will be covering the whole of the UK.

The role responsibilities:

* Develop, agree and deliver a structured specifier contact plan including a comprehensive CPD programme

* Direct delivery of CPD presentations and specification pipeline in line with agreed specifier contract planning

* Direct customer relationship management

* Provide technical advice to customers and assist with specification of products

* Support the business where required to deliver specific sales campaigns and new product launches

* Travel to site or customer premises as required

* Liaise with sales, technical, finance, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate

Candidates’ skills & experience:

* Have current or recent experience within a similar role within the fenestration industry

* Have good industry and product knowledge

* Must have excellent technical knowledge

* Be computer literate and be able to use MS Office package

* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems

* Be customer focused

* Have excellent communication and organisational skills

* Be forward thinking and use own initiative

* Willingness to travel
