Fantastic Opportunity: Head of Legal Practice/Experienced Conveyancer

Berry Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Head of Legal Practice/Conveyancer to join one of our clients team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £100,000 per annum, along with attractive benefits. The position is fully remote, with occasional office visits during the initial month.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and agents.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team to develop growth strategies for the department.
Conveyancing Oversight: Supervise conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and residential transactions.
Team Leadership: Lead and support the team in day-to-day operations.Experience Required:

Leadership: Demonstrate leadership experience.
Complex Transactions: Previous experience handling complex transactions.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach.
