Grounds maintenance contractor looking for a GM Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis (12 weeks temp then transition to perm).
ASAP start
Based in Folkingham - near Sleaford.
Ideally temp and then perm after 12 weeks,
£12.50-13.50 hourly rate but there is wiggle room in this.
Full time, 40+ hours/week but always OT available paid at standard rate.
Lots of driving and travel involved.
Minimum of 1 week per month staying away as they work down in Bristol/Plymouth.
Usually 07:00-07:30 start but sometimes earlier with an earlier finish.
Driving licence essential, opportunity to take van homes sometimes if this is suitable - would have to be a private driveway etc.
Towing experience, PA1/PA6 and CSCS card would be advantageous.
They do a lot of work in schools so will go through an enhanced DBS check.
Lots of work to get on with, different jobs going on they will be expected to help with (maintenance, installations, filling out paperwork).
