Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Heywood, Lancashire

Pay Bracket: £40,000 - £42,000 + Benefits.

We are working well-established company specialising in construction industry providing their services for clients throughout the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and exposure opportunities. This role will report to the directors, you will be responsible for managing our accounts department on a day-to-day basis. There will also be some general office administration as part of the daily duties.

Your main roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for management both the AP / AR functions of the business
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Preparing monthly P&L & Balance sheet
Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts
Update internal systems as required
Prepare quarterly financial reports
Ensure completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Assist in financial audits
Review and implement local financial procedures, where required

The ideal candidate will have:

Knowledge of Sage/Xero/Similar Accounts Package
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
