About the Role:

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

* Work closely with the General Manager, overseeing clinical operations and providing leadership to the care team.

* Offer clinical advice, support, and guidance while ensuring the highest standards of care.

* Assist in the management of the home, including covering shifts when necessary.

* Take on a supernumerary role, but be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional shifts when needed.

* Support staff development through training and career progression opportunities.

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC PIN.

* Experience in a Unit Lead or senior nursing role.

* Prior experience in a care home setting is essential.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
