Due to phenomenal growth, we are searching for an Electrician to join a market leader in the renewable energy sector and become part of their Solar PV farm Operations and Maintenance team!

Job: Electrician

Salary: £39,000+ Per Annum

Location: Wisbech (multiple sites)

Type: Permanent / Monday - Friday with weekend on-call rotation 1 in 5

Electrician Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining assets across solar PV farms
Complete planned and reactive maintenance for assets under O&M contracts
Inspect, test and maintain Solar PV systems, resolving performance issues
Replace key components such as inverters, modules, and cabling
Provide timely and accurate reports with commercial insights
Collaborate with asset manager and regional teams on daily operations
Follow HSQE regulations
Report potential risks to HSE
Ensure all work meets safety standards and requirements
Demonstrate flexibility towards working location and hoursElectrician Requirements:

ECS Gold Card
18th Edition
C&G Level 2 & 3 2330 (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3
AM2
2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive/ motivated approach with an interest in renewable energy technologies
Work under pressure and without close supervisionIf you have previous experience working with Solar PV or HV systems, this is preferable but not essential.
