A thriving innovative South Wales technology company serving global clients entered a growth phase and now requires a Platform Engineer to join its team. This role involves working with the Platform Manager to resolve development and testing issues, support development teams, and manage CI/CD processes.

Location

Based in South Wales, we have flexible and remote working options.

Key Responsibilities

Automate and maintain configuration and deployment systems

Scale and support critical production systems

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines

Support AWS infrastructure for R&D and production

Collaborate with Engineering on best practices and new technologies

Essential Skills

2+ years with AWS (EC2, Load Balancers, Security Groups, VPNs, VPC, S3, SQS/SNS)

Proficiency in Windows and basic Linux services

Understanding of CI/CD best practices

Desirable Skills

Experience with Kubernetes operations, Azure DevOps Pipelines or SQL engines, particularly Microsoft
