Salary: Circa £55,000 (DOE) + Relocation Package (if applicable)

Dynamic Working: Hybrid, typically 3 days per week on-site

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and developing real-time digital signal processing systems.
Crafting and implementing waveforms, from initial design to full-scale deployment.
Developing waveform and system-level RF modelling.
Leading technical investigations and solving complex engineering challenges.
Guiding junior engineers and contributing to innovative solutions within the team.
Managing requirements and system design for advanced data link systems.You'll be working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team with a shared goal: to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that meet our customers' needs, on time and within budget.

What You'll Bring

A degree in a STEM subject with a strong understanding of DSP algorithms, ideally across the entire product lifecycle.
Experience in Firmware coding for DSP systems (highly desirable).
Proficiency with Matlab and Simulink (C++ experience is a plus).
Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team, with a strong focus on meeting project goals.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for innovative thinking.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal teams and customers.
