We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Engineer based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established wholesale distributor.

Responsibilities of the IT Systems Engineer

Support ERP systems including maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation.
Oversee servers, desktops and IT systems.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
Create detailed documentation from system configurations to troubleshooting procedures.
System migrations.
Hardware upgrades and network expansions.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Requirements for a successful IT Systems Engineer

Driving licence and access to own car.
Previous experience within a similar role.
Experience with ERP systems and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and VMware technologies.
Experience with SQL database.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Summary of the IT Systems Engineer role 

Salary: £33,000 - £34,500
Location: Luton 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
