Key Responsibilities

As a History Teacher, you will:

* Teach History across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus).

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that connect the past to the present.

* Inspire students with a love of History and encourage critical thinking about historical events and themes.

* Assess, track, and support student progress, ensuring all learners reach their potential.

* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community through activities and events.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a teacher who has:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience teaching History at the secondary school level.

* A passion for History and the ability to inspire students with creative and thought-provoking lessons.

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
