Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor

Location: Barnaby On The Willows, Nottinghamshire

Hours:

* Monday – Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00

* Friday: 07:00 - 13:00

Pay Rate: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Role Overview: Are you an experienced and motivated individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment. If you have a strong background in supervising small teams, order picking, and are adept with basic PC skills, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a small team of 2-3 employees.

* Manage order picking from pick sheets.

* Palletise products according to customer specifications.

* Ensure accurate label printing for products.

* Utilise your computer literacy for basic PC tasks and label printing.

* Operate FLT Counterbalance and Reach trucks – Valid Licence Required.

Requirements:

* FLT Counterbalance and Reach licence (essential).

* Proven experience in a supervisory role.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Basic computer skills for label printing.

* Own transport required due to the site's location.
