Connections The Recruitment Specialists are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our client's team of commercial surveyors.

The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for businesses to benefit from rate reductions. This isn’t your typical sales role – it’s a blend of data analysis, outreach and consultative selling.

Analyse property data to pinpoint potential savings for businesses.
Engage prospects via outbound calls with tailored, insightful conversations.
Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs and aligning them with our client’s services.
Schedule meetings for the surveying team, ensuring a seamless handover.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE: Year 1 - £5,000-£7,000, Year 2 - £7,000-£10,000)
Holiday: 30 days + Christmas shutdown (extra 5-10 days) + bank holidays
