Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Pension up to 10%

The Company
Join a rapidly growing food manufacturer supplying high-quality products to major retailers and foodservice providers. Our client is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence across our site in West Yorkshire.

The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production processes. Key areas include improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead waste reduction, labour efficiency, and line setup improvements.

* Enhance OEE and eliminate bottlenecks.

* Implement 5S and RCA practices to improve factory performance.

* Track KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

* Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement in manufacturing, preferably food or FMCG manufacturing.

* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis and 5S.

* Results-driven, with a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
