Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£105 per day | Long-term to Permanent | ASAP

LTF Recruitment is working with a local Primary School in Harrow, HA3, looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This role involves supporting children in Year 1 and Year 2 with SEN needs, as well as leading targeted interventions to boost learning and development.

The Role:

Assisting the class teacher in delivering work and activities for Year 1 and Year 2 pupils.
Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, helping them work towards their learning targets.
Planning and delivering interventions to support pupils' academic and personal development.
Contributing to pupil records through observations and progress tracking.
Collaborating with teachers to develop strategies that support children's individual needs.Essential Requirements:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN pupils.
Experience supporting children in primary education, particularly in Key Stage 1.
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
