Our client, a rapidly expanding business based in Manby is on the lookout for a proactive and organised Warehouse and Stores Administrator to join their team and help keep operations running smoothly. If you’ve got experience in warehousing, logistics or a similar environment, and you’re ready to take on a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your role will include:
- Generating order picking lists using Microsoft Navision.
- Liaising with the customer service team to locate stock and orders.
- Supporting the warehouse team with stock takes and managing orders
- Checking in deliveries and ensuring everything is logged accurately.
- Being the key link between different departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (experience with Navision is a bonus, but training is given!)
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail
- Someone resilient and able to professionally handles the demands of a busy warehouse environment.
- Must have your own transport unless you are local to Manby.
