Line Leader – Food Production

Location: Telford
Shifts: Rotating 6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.34 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Line Leader looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced food production environment? We are recruiting for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing production lines to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Managing and motivating a team of operatives
Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene regulations are adhered to
Monitoring production output and completing relevant paperwork
Assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader in a food production environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6-2 / 2-10)
