We are working with a housing association based in Blackpool, looking to recruit a Planner to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Mon - Fri 37hrs
£25,000 - £26,500 per annum
Office based

As a Planner, your duties will include:

Liaising with internal departments effectively
Making outbound calls to residents to book appointments
Managing operatives diaries and communicating with them from work start to end
Accurate record keeping on repairs
To be successful as a Planner, the following experience is desirable:

Planning experience within social housing
Use of bespoke systems, such as: QL and DRS
As a Planner, you will have:

Worked in a fast paced environment
Good time management skills and attention to detail
A customer experience background
A confident and proactive approach
