Job Title: Machine Operator

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This is a temp-to-perm position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.90.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
Ensure all machines are running efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.
Conduct regular checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Ability to work in a 3-shift pattern (days, evenings, and nights).
Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
