Business Studies and Economics Teacher

Teaching Personnel are the exclusive partner of a regional Trust seeking to recruit a Business and Economics Teacher for a Secondary Academy.

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm or Permanent contract on offer
Pay: M1 - M6, UPS 1 -3 - Contract would pay weekly on a daily rate equivalent £(Apply online only)+ for Qualified Teachers with proof of pay scale)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Business Studies and Economics looking for a new challenge and opportunity at a modern, forward thinking Secondary Academy in Milton Keynes. We are open to applications from Qualified Business Teachers or experienced Further Education Teachers.

As a Business and Economics Teacher, your timetable will be predominantly teaching GCSE and A level classes to students electing these subjects as their options. You will have full teaching responsibilities and inspire students to achieve excellence to the AQA specification. 

Could this be you? Do you demonstrate:

Passion for Teaching Business and Economics
PGCE Qualification specialising in Business Studies, Economics or related-subject 
Excellent knowledge of GCSE Business and A Level Business and Ecnomics syllabus would be desirable
Excellent understanding of teaching Secondary age pupils 
A 'can do' and positive attitude to inspire pupils
An ability to motivate and inspire, whilst using your own initiative 
Willingness to learn and support others
Patient and friendly attitude 
High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
