We are currently looking to speak with experienced Customer Service Representatives, who are looking for their next challenge.
Our client is a reputable business based in HD1 and have experienced rapid growth over the last 12 - 18 months. We now require a strong and positive individual to ensure customers are receiving the best experience possible.
Key responsibilities of the role.
- Using various methods to communicate to customers.
- Escalate any problems or complaints.
- Updating systems with any contacts.
- Making sure the customer has a good experience.
Your role will be all things customer service both face to face and Virtually, You will be an enthusiastic and driven team who will support your success.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday.
Salary starting between 26 - 28k, with great benefits.
