Supervising Social worker- Fostering, Adoption and Permanence Service- £49,418

Nonstop Care is currently working with a well-established Local Authority based in the Reading area and they are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering & Kinship team.

This a Home-based role as you will only travel for your visits, which allows you to manage dairy and allow for a better work/life balance

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation, assessment, supervision, support and ongoing training of Foster Carers.
You will also contribute to the matching process and assist with placing children with Foster Carers, in accordance with the Agency's ethos and guidelines
