Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Location: Duston, NN5
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus Package

We are a well-established organization providing residential placements for children and young people aged 8-18 years. Our services are fully Ofsted-registered and approved, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care that supports the growth and development of vulnerable children. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to oversee one of our children’s residential homes in Duston (NN5).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the children's residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Lead, support, and manage a team of residential staff to deliver a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the children.
Develop and implement care plans, risk assessments, and ensure all safeguarding measures are in place.
Manage the home's budget and resources efficiently, ensuring operational excellence.
Foster strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external agencies to support the children’s best interests.
Ensure the home complies with OFSTED standards and achieves excellent inspection outcomes.

Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a leadership role within a children's residential setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Must hold a full manual driving license.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
