Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Full time - Office based - permanent

The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing freight forwarder, is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their team.

Benefits:

* 21 days holiday, with an additional day for every year employed (capped at 27)

* No uniform

Job Responsibilities:

* Processing day-to-day transactions.

* Customer Accounts reconciliations.

* Credit Control – reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.

* Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.

* Supplier Accounts reconciliations.

* Process supplier payments and any refunds.

* VAT Returns

* Inputting company expenses

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Supervision and team leadership skills

* Managing processes

* Attention to detail

* General math skills

* Accounting skills

* Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.

* Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

* Confidentiality and trustworthiness

* Data entry management

* Excellent communication skills
