Collaborative: You'll advise your colleagues and input into other work, and also be able to work independently to get the job done.What you'll do:

Create and enter opportunities on EFACS
Assist with planning service-related activities
Raise requisitions, as requested, by Project Managers and Coordinators
Materials and equipment management, including arranging on and off hire
Tooling resource management
Prepare and coordinate travel, visa and passport requirements/documentation
Arrange hotel bookings in line with business requirements
Process waste consignment notes and arrange removal of waste from site
Prepare Engineers permits, authorisation, access and security clearances
Job pack compilation
Processing time sheets
Process engineers' reports, to include attaching to the job number on EFACS and identifying opportunities from the engineers' defect reports
Upload reports and information, as required, on customer web portal systems
Process expenses and mileage claim forms
Vehicle management and allocation
Arrange PPE/workwear for engineers, including specific customer requirements
Administer calibration and PAT testing requirements, as directed by quality
Liaise with Project Managers, Coordinators and other departments
Provide all areas of the service division with administrative support
To contribute to the achievement of department and business KPI objectives
Complete any reasonable task as directed by the Service Operations Manager or Service Support SupervisorWhat's important to us:

Experience in an office-based role industrial or field service environment
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Team player as well as ability to work on own initiative
You'll be passionate about health and safety and ensuring that everyone goes home from work

You'll communicate openly, transparently, and effectively to ensure a high level of customer
You'll be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be inquisitive and stay up to date with industry and technical changes and legislation.

You'll have good levels of self-awareness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
