Temporary Professional Receptionist

Are you a Professional Temp? We support our clients reception cover needs both Full Time and Part Time across the year on week days, weekends & even Bank Holiday's. We have various dates and times available. Pay: Between £12.00 - £13.00 per hour paid weekly

Location: Portsmouth

What will I be doing:

Serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice of our prestigious client, acting as the first point of contact for their valued clients
Greet visitors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable upon arrival
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the organisation
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and accurately
Provide administrative support to various departments when needed, such as typing, filing, and data entry
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting rooms as required
Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
Collaborate with their friendly team to ensure a smooth flow of communication and efficient office operationsWhat you will get in Return:
