I'm seeking an experienced engineer with a background in welding, and a plus would be with farm machinery. The engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle and plant servicing
Routine maintenance of farm machinery
Fault diagnosis and repair
Field-based repairs and troubleshooting
Assisting in the design, building, and testing of new projects
Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in agricultural machine maintenance
Expertise in pneumatics and hydraulics
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
Enthusiastic, methodical, and assertive approach to work
Flexibility in working hours, environment, and conditions
Excellent communication skills
Strong awareness of health and safety standards
Desirable and Ideal Skills:

Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent) - desirable
Skills in electronics and welding (TIG/MIG) - desirable
Telescopic JCB driver certification - ideal
Safe handling of oxy fuels - desirable
Proficiency with abrasive wheels - desirable
