As they continue to grow their highways and rail offerings this leading multidisciplinary consultancy are seeking to make this key hire for their thriving Midlands region.

Ideally a Civil Engineering Professional with experience of private sector design delivery for a variety of clients, working with Contractors, landowners, housebuilders, developers in delivery new infrastructure would be ideal with a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in this field.

Alongside this exposure and familiarity with the Midlands market is essential together with significant regional client contacts and responsibility for building a portfolio of client projects.

The role will be a senior one within their organisation at Divisional Director level – reporting to the Group Director with responsibility for a sizeable department.

We are seeking an individual who is client facing and can build a portfolio of new work in the region, using both private sector contacts primarily and also the company`s network of Local Authority framework contracts. The ability to work collaboratively with other teams across the UK will be seen as essential.

You may be working in Highways, Bridges or Rail – any or all of these three sectors with a passion for the industry and forging a career where you will be hugely rewarded.
