Job Title: Freelance Contracts Manager

A key client of Unite People’s is recruiting for a Freelance Contracts Manager to oversee 3 fast-track refurbishment schemes. Unite People is a leading Construction Recruitment company, locally based, operating nationwide. We specialise in connecting skilled construction professionals. This role is primarily focused around ensuring customer and internal processes are adhered to, attending Teams meetings, interacting with clients representatives, managing programmes, sub-contractors co-ordination pre-site, quality, management of site based Site Managers.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would have experience in managing multiple sites, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the high standard of service expected by the company.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and suppliers.

* Host and participate in various Teams meetings with stakeholders, clients and sub contractors.

* You will be responsible for all phases of multiple commercial fit out and remedial projects, ranging between £500k - £1m in value

* Reporting to the director

* Multiple site teams reporting to you

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, submitting all required certifications and instructing teams to complete remedial works.

Rate of Pay: £300 per day
