Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a high growth national retailer. The Senior Data Analyst, will provide crucial insights across the Supply Chain network, driving performance improvements, optimising processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making at all levels. This is an office-based role with some travel to operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, tailored to different departments.
Work closely with operational teams to recommend improvements and solutions based on data analysis.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve business outcomes.
Continuously optimize data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and data accuracy.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in logistics operations, retail, or financial services, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
Strong technical skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, Power BI and experience with Python for data modelling
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving performance improvements.What We Offer:
