Are you an IT professional looking for your next challenge? We’re on the hunt for a contract IT Operator to support our fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing hands-on IT support (Windows 10/11, Office 365, networks, printers, and more)
* Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and security systems
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
* Assisting in IT projects covering networks, backup solutions, Active Directory, and cybersecurity
* Managing IT inventory and ensuring systems are deployed securely
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of IT support experience (bonus if in financial services)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server & Desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022)
* Experience with network troubleshooting (switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP)
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Mandarin language skills a plus
