My client is a specialist company in crane hire, transport, and recovery services, as well as other industrial services. My client supplies efficient and reliable solutions across multiple sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join my client in Winchfield, Hook. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain industry knowledge, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop a career. You will assist in managing logistics operations and supporting drivers with daily challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers via email and telephone, providing excellent service and support.

Collaborating with the team to upload and manage jobs.

Gaining a deep understanding of industry practices and logistics processes.

Learning about vehicle and trailer maintenance requirements.

Assisting drivers with any operational challenges that arise during the day.

Key Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential).
