Day Shift Maintenance Engineer Tunbridge Well's

My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, they are currently seeking a maintenance engineer for a site in Tunbridge Well's. You will have a trade qualifications in city and guilds, nvq or equivalent and 18th edition.

Sector: Healthcare

Duties will include a ppm and reactive maintenance on plant checks, back up generator test's, fire alarm tests, fan coil, ahu maintenance, changing filters in split units, changing lamps, L8 checks, isolate and repair, if possible, water leaks and isolations, managing sub contractors, general paperwork, liaising with the client and prioritising work loads.

You will be looking after the general building maintenance, if you can fix great, but if not you will be using sub contractors.

Hours are 6am to 6pm on a day shift basis

Week 1, 2 0ff, 3 on, 2 off

Week 2, 2 on 3 off, 2 on

Salary is 41K, with overtime, company benefits and much more.
