We're recruiting for a global leader in CNC technology, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the UK & Ireland. You'll be responsible for new business acquisition, account management, and strategic market development.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability
Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer solutions
The Person we're looking for:

Proven sales experience in high-tech capital equipment (ideally CNC)
Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
UK-based with excellent access to the road network
Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
