As a Sales Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the sales team while supporting the companies mission to deliver exceptional service to their clients. Manage and process sales orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation

Assist in maintaining customer records and updating the CRM system

Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth operations

Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-centric approach

Experience working as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
