Senior Registered Nurse
Day Shifts
Salary: £52,000
40 hours per week

As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Your expertise will help shape and deliver the best outcomes for residents, while also supporting and mentoring your colleagues.
What we're looking for
Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
Proven experience in a nursing role, with a strong understanding of complex care needs, particularly physical and long-term neurological conditions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues.
Commitment to person-centred care, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example, delivering high-quality nursing care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Take responsibility for the safe administration of medications and treatments, following all relevant policies and procedures.
Develop, review, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the care team.
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff, ensuring best practices are upheld.
Monitor and document residents' conditions and respond promptly to any changes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including infection control procedures.
Actively participate in staff meetings, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
