Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Carrying out both Planned and Reactive maintenance to both plant and building equipment across a number of the Client's sites.

* Carrying out the principles of Health & Safety and takes personal responsibility for safety.

* Carrying out the effective delivery of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment on the Client's sites.

* Providing assistance to other maintenance personnel as and when required.

* Providing excellent communication and customer service to the client and follow all company procedures including following all company health and safety requirements.

* Ensuring the correct operation of all M&E assets within all of BBC sites.

* Undertaking existing reactive WOs, completing other jobs operating a 360 degree view when you walk onto the Client's site.

* Completion of required documentation as specified in relevant standards and regulations to maintain 100% statutory compliance at all times.

To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:

* A recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (18th edition), testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent.

* Experience with PPM and Reactive works as well as fault finding on control circuits.

* Knowledge of electrical services and systems.

* Been appointed as LV AP or can demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of the role.

* Experience in General Building Management Systems (BMS)

* Risk Assessment and Method Statement trained.

* A strong understanding of industry safety standards and procedures.
