They also work across the defence, arts & culture, health care, religious buildings, residential and sports and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager

Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
Number one on site leading a site team.
Client liaison
Manage the subcontractors
Manage the whole build process on new build and refurbishment schemes from start to finish.Requirements for the Project Manager role

Desired experience with Education projects up to £30million
SMSTS
CSCS
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
