About the Role: As an Maths Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across a range of levels. You will play a vital role in helping students develop their language and literary skills, preparing them for future academic and career success. You may be required to deliver GCSE or Functional Skills Maths.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Support students in developing their language and literary skills
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning outcomes
Requirements:

Level 5 or equivalent teaching qualification
Degree in Maths or related subject
Experience teaching Maths at secondary or further education level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student success and continuous professional development
