Position: Internal Sales / Key Account Manager
Location: Dudley Sales Office
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (Depending on experience)

Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm) with occasional Saturday mornings (1 in 7).

About the Role:

As a vital part of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our extensive customer database. Your “can do” attitude, excellent telephone manner, administration and IT skills will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide quotes to customers via phone and email.

* Upsell products and increase order quantities when appropriate.

* Promote current marketing initiatives and chase unanswered quotes.

* Collaborate with your line manager on high-value quotes.

* Support the efficiency of the sales department and manage delivery follow-ups.

* Source products globally and resolve any issues that arise.

* Input and book orders accurately.

* Foster customer relationships, with opportunities for client visits.

* Complete ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven sales experience (minimum of 5 years).

* Strong customer service skills and a positive telephone manner.

* Excellent administration and IT skills.

* Previous experience in bearings or power transmission products is advantageous but not essential.

* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C) or equivalent.

* A valid driving licence is preferred.
