Well - We are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to drive our Contract sales - working closely with the founder on strategic house accounts and BD.

Location: Manchester City Centre - Deansgate

Role: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £DOE - £25,000-£35,000

Bonus: No THRESHOLD. Earn up to 30% of billings.

The Role: We’re looking for a driven, sales-oriented Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our contractor division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated by rewards. You’ll be instrumental in placing tech contractors with key clients, with no threshold on bonus... start earning from day one! This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, working closely with our founder to shape the future of our contract operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive contractor placements across core our core tech markets (SaaS, eCom & Retail and Consultancy)

* Proactively build relationships with clients and contractors to build your network and reputation

* Meet and exceed sales targets in a high-reward environment

* Sales mindset - heavy Business Development

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in tech contracts

* Strong sales acumen and goal-driven mindset

* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to recruitment excellence

* An intrinsic desire to LEARN AND GROW
