Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base + uncapped commission + benefits

About Us:
We are a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the U.S. Energy, Renewables, and Data Centre markets. With a strong presence in both the UK and U.S. sectors, we are dedicated to delivering top talent to our clients in these high-growth industries. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and results-focused 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to specialize in a niche market, with excellent earning potential and career development opportunities.

Role Overview:
As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, your role will focus exclusively on candidate generation and management, without the need for client acquisition. You will work closely with senior consultants and account managers to source top-tier candidates in the U.S. Energy, Renewables, and Data Centre sectors. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships with candidates, while contributing to a rapidly growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and qualify high-calibre candidates across the U.S. Energy, Renewables, and Data Centre markets.

* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with suitable opportunities.

* Manage the candidate process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

* Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and referrals to identify top talent.

* Work closely with account managers and senior consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates for specific roles.

* Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to senior consultants for shortlisting.

* Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and market intelligence within the Energy, Renewables, and Data Centre sectors.

* Stay informed of industry trends and developments to position yourself as a market expert.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate generation (180 model).

* Familiarity with the Energy, Renewables, or Data Centre sectors is highly desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.

* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.

* Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

* A proactive and tenacious approach to sourcing candidates through various channels.

* Knowledge of the U.S. recruitment market is an advantage but not required.

What We Offer:

* Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.

* Comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your expertise in the U.S. Energy, Renewables, and Data Centre markets.

* Career progression opportunities within a growing and dynamic consultancy.

* Collaborative and supportive team environment.

* Hybrid working options (Manchester office-based with remote working flexibility).

* Monthly incentives, team events, and an inclusive company culture.

How to Apply:
If you are passionate about recruitment and want to specialize in a rapidly growing market, we want to hear from you
