About the Role:

ARC is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and operations of a concrete batching plant for a prominent construction project, encompassing reinforced concrete (RC) structures and deep piling works.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all facets of concrete batching plant operations to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the production, quality assurance, and distribution of concrete for RC structures, silos, and deep piling works.
Collaborate effectively with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with project objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing concrete batching plant operations and large-scale construction projects.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple project components effectively
