Our client based in Wythenshawe is looking to recruit a Heat Transfer Operative on a Temporary basis until September 2025.

Hours:  Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4.15 pm, Friday 8 am – 3 pm (37.5 hours per week), Overtime available.

Your role as a Heat Transfer Operative will be to collaborate closely with the Branding Unit Team Leader and Supervisor to efficiently and effectively fulfil all heat transfer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Apply heat transfer branding to garments in line with established guidelines.

•    Carefully review and verify all branding specifications before starting production.

•    Ensure compliance with company standards for heat transfer applications.

•    Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.

•    Continuously develop expertise in core heat transfer competencies.

•    Collaborate with the team and contribute flexibly to various functions within the Branding Unit.

Experience and Expertise Required:

•    Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

•    We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in garment applications, typically acquired through three or more years of hands-on experience or equivalent demonstrable skills in a similar role.
