We are looking for Mechanically minded Production Operatives with an appreciation for manual grinding techniques, looking to earn themselves a permanent position with a company that wants to train and develop them on a modern 4 day week basis.

Job Description:

Assembly Operatives to start immediately on a 6-month initial contract basis (potential for the right candidate to go permanent after 6-months).
Working on a variety of machinery (mainly a centreless grinder) to manufacture high quality products.
Full training designed specifically for your needs provided.
Ideal Candidate:

Basic mechanical experience/aptitude.
Ability to read mechanical drawings/diagrams.
Comfortable working with hand-held tooling.
Commutable to Burton 
Shifts:

Monday to Thursday - 40 hrs per week - 10 hour shifts
1 week 06:00 > 16:00
1 week 14:00 >24:00
