Multi-Skilled Engineer
£53,288.96 (Inclusive of shift premium)
Permanent – full time - Panama Shift (Days and Nights – 12 hour shift)

Responsibilities -

* Complete basic work on 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems for general fault finding.

* Utilise the CMMS system for clear communication of completed work, issues, and spare parts requirements.

* Root cause analysis to solve problems and prevent failures.

* Challenge unsafe behaviours, especially regarding Food Safety and Health and Safety.

* Share knowledge and experience effectively, and familiarity with SOPs

* General fabricating and welding

Qualifications and Skills

* City and Guilds, B.T.E.C, or a recognized engineering qualification.

* Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role.

* Safe Electrical working certificate.

* Experience working within the food industry

* Computer literate with Microsoft Office packages.

* Familiarity/training with C.O.S.H.H, I.O.S.H, H.A.C.C.P, and Food Hygiene procedures

* Forklift and Access Platform licenses

* Experience working on steam and boiler systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
