Catch 22 are working with an Education provider who are on the lookout for a Temp Caretaker based in NW2 

Working hours- 0730am-1700pm 

£13 an hour 

Duties include;

Minor repairs to windows, radiators, lights, taps, walls and floors 
Maintain gutters, down pipes, drains and gulleys 
Minor roof repairs 
Collecting goods on premises 
Remove snow,leaves and ice by shoveling and sweeping walkways, parking areas and driveways 
General decoration and painting duties 
Keep log of all maintenance functions and repairs performed 
Inspections of equipment and systems and report any hazards 
Must have Enhanced DBS check
