My client is a industry leading principle contractor specialising within high end residential construction projects across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and manage RC works, Basements, Underpinning, Formwork, Groundworks and Civils works on a high end residential project based in London.

My client has multiple upcoming projects with at least 5 years of work in front of them.

The ideal candidate would have vast experience in the construction of high end residential properties.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing perations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in Basements, RC Formwork, Groundworks, Steel work and all round construction of High End Residential property construction projects.

• Longevity with competitor construction contractors.

• 10+ years management experience
