Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in secondary schools across Essex? Dunbar Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic General Supply Teacher's to join our team and provide support across a variety of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure a positive classroom environment conducive to learning
Manage student behavior in line with school policies
Support students in their learning and ensure they stay on task
Adapt to different school settings and subject areas when required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly
Confidence to lead a classroom and engage with students
