At Darwin Court, we offer a swimming pool, gym, café, and food hub, supporting both the public and residents. Meanwhile, our day care centre provides a safe, welcoming space for older adults to connect, relax, and participate in enriching activities.
As one of our Receptionists, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of both centres, delivering exceptional service to a diverse community. You’ll be the welcoming face of our organisation, helping create a space where everyone feels valued and supported.

What we’re looking for:
* A courteous and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work across two sites, including Darwin Court and The Sundial Centre, covering various shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
* Familiarity with fast-paced environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
* An enthusiasm for promoting activities and supporting the delivery of community events.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering a professional and calm reception service in a busy environment.
* Managing customer queries, complaints, or requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Promoting and upselling the centre’s products and services.
